  • Orders are processed and shipped only once payment has been received in full.
  • If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, the order will not be completed.

  • Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes, shipping fees and duties, where any apply, are calculated and shown at checkout.

Riellea uses SSL encryption and trusted payment providers so that every transaction is handled securely. We do not store, and do not have direct access to, your full payment details.

5. Refunds and chargebacks

  • Refunds are handled in line with our Refund and Return Policy.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks are reviewed and formally disputed.
